Support
During the early beta, every support request is read by the team building the product.
1. Documentation
Setup, CLI reference, routing rules, and transformations are covered in the docs. Real-world provider guides (Stripe, GitHub, WhatsApp, and more) live on the blog.
2. Email support
Write to support@relayers.app with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Including the endpoint URL (wep_…) and an event ID makes investigation much faster — never send API keys or signing secrets.
3. Check your delivery history first
Most "webhook didn't arrive" cases are visible in the dashboard: open your endpoint's event list to see every received payload, each delivery attempt, the response status, and retries. The desktop app shows the same live feed for tunnels.
